Return Policy

The Mega Mart offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email websales@subpop.com and make sure to include the order number.

In order to receive a full refund:

  • Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability
  • CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

Defective or damaged items

In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email websales@subpop.com to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include the item name and order number in your email.

Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods, they are not refundable. If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital goods, please contact downloads@subpop.com

 

Privacy Policy

We collect and store your personal information strictly to process orders you make on subpop.com. We do not (and will never) sell, lend, give away, or otherwise distribute your personal information.

We do not store credit card numbers.

SECURITY

Our entire site is accessed over a secure ("https" or "ssl") connection. Any information you submit to our site (and any information transmitted from our site to your browser) is encrypted using industry-standard encryption technology.

MAILING LISTS

We use our mailing lists only to contact you about Sub Pop news, shopping offers at subpop.com and other information about us or our artists that we think you might find valuable. We will not send you spam and we will never sell, lend, or give away your email address. If you're receiving Mega Mart newsletters from us already, it's because you've manually signed up or checked a box during account creation on subpop.com requesting to be updated about the type of information mentioned above.
