As of Tuesday, March 24, 2020, following an order from the Governor of WA State...
the Sub Pop Warehouse is closed until further notice.
This means we will not be shipping out any Mega Mart orders until we're able to re-open.
You can, and we think SHOULD, please still order stuff from the Mega Mart, especially upcoming album pre-orders.
But we won't be able to ship anything until we get the all-clear to open back up.
We will provide updates as soon as we have them.

Returns

Return Policy

The Mega Mart offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email websales@subpop.com and make sure to include the order number.

In order to receive a full refund:

  • Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability
  • CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, and DVDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
  • Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

Defective or damaged items

In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email websales@subpop.com to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include the item name and order number in your email.

Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital goods, they are not refundable. If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital goods, please contact downloads@subpop.com.
